School Liability Insurance in America started early due to the abrogation of government immunity. There are clear liability regulations, detailed application, and integrated reporting, etc. for this system. The features of this insurance include that the weakening of government immunity caused its emergence, having broad coverage and completed insurance system and parallel well with Student Accident Insurance.
