进入21世纪后，Nigeria着力推进基础教育的发展，国家出台了义务教育法，实施全民教育计画。为此，Nigeria采取了新的教师教育发展战略，实施了一系列推进教师专业化的改革措施，调整教师教育的体系结构、推行全面的教师教育课程体系改革和教学实践计画、改革国家教育资格证书制度、构建远程继续教育体系等。本文从三个层面分析Nigeria教师教育体制变革的基本趋势，并结合我国教师教育体制的改革进行了比较和分析。

| 英文摘要 |
After entering into 21st century, Nigeria makes efforts to promote its primary education by issuing compulsory education law and carrying out universal education program. To this end, the government made new plan for teacher education development and implemented a series of measures to enhance specialization of teachers. It also adjusts the structure of teacher education system and reform curriculum system of teacher education, etc. This article analyses the general trend of Nigerian innovation of teacher education system at three levels. It then compares and analyzes them in combination with teacher education system reform in our country.
