本文主要在探討知識管理之內涵，及其在教育行政上之應用，期能因應知經濟時代的來臨，妥善運用知識管理的理念，進而創造績效的高峰。本文首先分析知識的相關內涵，其次則探討知識管理的意義與相關議題，最後，則深入析述知識管理在教育行政上之應用，分從「建立主動學習的學習型組織、塑造信任與分享的組織文化、凝聚危機意識促進組織發展、重視教育行政專業人材培育、整合資源提振教育研究成效、有效運用知識理評量工具、積極強化組織領導者之知能、充分關懷教育上之弱勢族群」等八方面加以申述。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the content of knowledge management and its application on educational administration. There are three main sections in this paper. The first focuses on the analysis of the concept of knowledge economy. The second analyses the content of knowledge management. The third emphasizes the application of knowledge management on educational administration.
