中文摘要 教育绩效管理是现代绩效管理论论引入教育领域所形成的新生事物,具有丰富的研究内涵,它在管理内容上追求行为绩效与结果绩效的融合,在管理功能上追求甄别与发展的并行,在管理主体上追求多元与有限的互动,在管理过程上追求规范与改进的协同。由此反观传统的教育评价,存在诸多的局限,有必要从教育评价跃迁到教育绩效评价,但是,教育绩效评价作为一种价值判断,还不能全面包容绩效设定、绩效评定、绩效改进等内容,因而,从教育绩效评价转向教育绩效管理同样具有非常积极的意义。
英文摘要 Educational performance management, bearing rich research connotation, emerged with the introduction of modern performance management theory into education. It pursues the integration of behavioural performance and result performance in content, the parallel of discrimination and development in function, the diversified and limited interaction in subject and the unification of regulation and improvement in management process. The traditional educational evaluation, however, has many shortages;therefore, it is necessary to make s shift from educational evaluation to educational performance assessment. But educational performance evaluation as a kind of value judgment can not include performance design, performance assessment and performance improvement etc. so it is desirable to transit from educational performance evaluation to educational performance management.
