中文摘要 随着科技的发展,社会对复合型人才的需求日益增大。高校近几年建立了复合型人才的培养体系,而如何对核型人才进行评价也逐渐成为需要关注的问题。对复合型人才的评价与一般的教育评价存在一定差异,主要从知识、工具性能力、素养和心理素质几个维度,采用综合的方法进行评价。
英文摘要 With the development of science and technology, the demand for integrated talent has markedly increased. To this end many universities has established educational systems to train integrated talent in recent years. How to evaluate integrated talent has hence become an important issue. The new evaluation emerged differs from traditional educational assessment in both content and approach. It requires multi-dimensional indicators involving knowledge, instrumental ability, and both intelligent and emotional quotients.
