| 英文摘要 |
The comprehensive development of human resources stands as a permanent tenet of higher education and the starting point for formulating the educational objectives. This paper proposes that higher education in the 21st century is faced with manifold challenges and missions, which include the integration of scientific and humanity spirit, student centered comprehensive education principles, establishment of modern curriculum and pedagogy as well as the development of campus culture.
