中文摘要 我国现代远程开放教育的规模扩张速度,而远程学习者的知识背景呈现多样化趋势,文化基础水平以及能力差异不断扩大。如何既能保证人才培养的基本质量,又能更好地提供满足学习者个性化需求的优质教育,是我们必须面对的现实问题。本文从理论依据和现实背景出发,分析了远程开放教育中实施”分层次教学”的必要性,并在教学实践的基础上提出了实施”分层次教学”的方法,以及需要处理好的几个关系。
英文摘要 With the expansion of modern distance open education, the knowledge background of the distance learners present the diversification, the cultural base level as well as the individual difference expands unceasingly. In this case, how achieves both guaranteeing the basic quality of the personnel tranining, and providing the high quality education of meeting personal need, is a resalistic question which we must face. Based on the theories and factual background, this article has analyzed the necessity of implementing “layered teaching” in the distance open education and proposed the method of implementing “layered teaching” based the teaching practice and several relations needed to deal with.
