近几年，网络教育祁分公共基础课实行全国统一考试，这是我国网络教育规范管理、提高效率的重要举措之一。随着网络教育实践的深入、统考课程、考试内容及方法仍须不断改革，特别是大规模跨省市网上机考系统及题库（含管理系统和题库系统）需要进一歩完善。本文以此为依托，设计了大规模跨省市网上机考的系统架构，并从海量数据的可靠传输与交换、题库的安全下发与存储、网上考试系统的稳定运行与断点续考、统考策略及智能组卷、网上自动阅卷与成绩统计分析、考试作币的防范与监控六个方面方析了其技术难点，提出了相应的解决方案。

| 英文摘要 |
In China, national examination has been implemented on several public basic courses in online education. With the development of online education, the content and method of examination need to be improved, especially the online test system for large─scale inter─provincial test. This paper designs the system structure and functions of the online test system, and also analyzes the technical difficulties based on six aspects：the reliable transmission and exchange of massive data, the safe store of question database, the stable operation and continued examination for breakpoint, examination strategies and intelligent organization of test paper, automatic scoring and statistical analysis of results, prevention and control of cheating；and finally suggests the corresponding solutions.
