英文摘要 The basic function of USA community college is transfer education, the credit ratifying system of community college with other four-year university facilitates the students flowing between the schools. This is a marked feature of American education. The paper specifically explains formation, operating rules and features of the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement in the North Carolina based on analyzing the background of USA community college and its relationship with other higher education institution. It intends to offer some experience for students transfer between specialized college and graduate school in the new time in our country.
