中文摘要 本文目的在分析台灣地區中小學校長對教育政策實施與教育問題的看法。藉由問卷調查,研究團隊蒐集國中小學校長對當前主要教育政策、教育實施成效、中小學主要教育問題的看法。本次調查共發出3,347份問卷,回收2,657份問卷,回收率為79.38%。回收問卷經整理,有效問卷2,626份。
調查的教育政策成效及教育問題包括:高中職社區化、國民教育延伸、入學考試問題、提升高等教育品質、教育經費問題、教師素質、城鄉教育均衡問題等。本文所呈現的教育實施成效包括:學校教育的整體表現、五育均衡發展、九年一貫課程成效、多元入學成效及教育改革成效。
英文摘要 The purpose of this paper was to analyze the opinions of principals related to educational policy implementation and current educational issues in Taiwan. Using the questionnaire survey, the researchers collected the data from principals related to current educational policy, the result of education, and main issues in elementary and junior high schools. The total questionnaires were 3,347 by mail, 2,657 principals have responded. The return rate was 79.38% and the valid questionnaires were 2,627.
The questions in this survey covered the current main educational policies and some important educational issues suffering in the elementary and secondary schools, which included, upper secondary schools attendance areas related to community, extended compulsory education, admission exam issues, promote higher education quality, education finance, teacher quality, equality of educational opportunity in rural and urban areas, etc.
The results of education reported in this paper included assessment the total school performance, equality of five disciplines, effect of nine-year integrated curriculum, multiple admission exam design, and education reform.
