篇名 影響大學生學校滿意度相關因素之關係模式探討:以臺灣地區一般大學學生為例

中文摘要 本研究主要目的在建構一個大學生學校滿意度影響因素的結構關係模式以進行實證,參照理論與過去之研究,模式中納入的影響因素包括大學教育期望、教職員服務品質及學習成果。資料取用國立台灣師範大學教育評鑑與發展研究中心釋出的資料庫,研究對象以四年制一般大學的大三學生為主,運用結構方程模式統計技術來檢驗所提出的假設。研究結果發現影響大學生學校滿意度的路徑有五個:一、教職員服務品質→學校滿意度;二、學習成果→學校滿意度;三、大學教育期望→教職員服務品質→學校滿意度;四、大學教育期望→學習成果→學校滿意度;五、大學教育期望→教職員服務品質→學習成果→學校滿意度。最後根據研究發現提出對學校經營實務與未來研究的建議。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this study is to develop a relation model by way of the theory and discussion of past researches in order to explore school satisfaction and its relationship to students’ expectation of university education, perceived service quality of the faculty, and learning outcomes. The data which are adopted from Center for Educational Assessment and Development Research of National Taiwan Normal University mainly focus on the third grade university students and then we employ structural equation modeling to test the hypotheses. The conclusions affecting school satisfaction are five paths: 1.service quality of the faculty->school satisfaction; 2.learning outcomes->school satisfaction; 3.expectation of university education->service quality of the faculty->school satisfaction; 4.expectation of university education->learning outcomes->school satisfaction; 5.expectation of university education->service quality of the faculty->learning outcomes->school satisfaction. According to the results, the researcher gives suggestions to promote school management and future studies.
