英文摘要 In the process of implementing new curriculum, the renewal of curriculum ideas, the transformation of teacher’s roles and the reformation of teaching pattern have brought teachers unprecedented pressure. The continual pressure tends to cause excessive tension and anxiety in teachers’ mentality, which influence the implement of new curriculum. Thus close attention should be paid to teachers’ pressure during the implement of new curriculum and suitable strategies should be taken to manage teachers’ pressure effectively so as to promote the joint growth of teachers and curriculum reform.
