中文摘要 市场经济中功利主义道德价值观与理想主义道德价值观的冲突,对我国教师道德实践形成了重大影响,使教师道德选择常常处于现实之生存与理想之正义的道德困境之中。为了有效调和两者之间的矛盾,构建具有实践意义与普适意义的教师道德,应适度引社会主义市场经济伦理,使传统的教师道德变成更有弹性和张力,形成理想与现实的合理维度。
英文摘要 The ethical conflict between utilitarianism and idealism in market economy has a profound impact on the ethical practice of teachers in China, and frequently put them in an ethical dilemma of choices between survival and righteousness. To resolve the above mentioned contradiction effectively and establish practical and universal teacher ethics, it is necessary to introduce a set of ethics based on the socialist market economy, to from a set of teacher ethics with more flexibility and expansibility, and with a balance between idealism and realism.
