前苏联解体以后，由于大学民主和自治改革的呼声越来越高，大学与政府关系的研究相应进入学者的研究视野，且呈繁荣、多元之势。本文对20世纪90年代以来俄罗斯大学与政府关系的研究立场进行总结与分析，以期提供借鉴与启发。

After disorganization of the Soviet Union, the relationship between the government and university becomes an issue receiving the attentions of scholars. The research displays the trends of richness and diversities. The paper summarizes the research results related to the relationship between Russian government and universities since 1990s.
