篇名 國民中﹑小學校長領導型式與學校組織氣候關係之比較研究

中文摘要 本研究之主要目的在於探討國民中、小學校長領導型式與學校組織氣候的相關情形,以作為九年國民教育實施的參考。    本研究係以分層隨機取樣的方法,對我國國民中、小學教師1,260人,進行調查研究。統計方法主要採用二因子變異數分析。    本研究工具係根據「領導行為描述問卷」(LBDQ)以及「組織氣候描述問卷」(OCDQ)兩問卷編訂而成。    茲將本研究主要發現摘述如下:    1.學校類別與領導型式對教師的工作精神氣候有交互作用存在,而其他各層面則無文互作用。    2.離心、阻碍、工作精神、親密等四層面,在國中與國小之間有顯著的差異存在,而其他各層面則無顯著差異。    根據本研究重要發現提出建議,以供九年國教實施之參考。
英文摘要 The main purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between principal leadership style and school organizational climate in elementary and junior high schools. The results might serve as references for the educational practice.    The subjects of this study consisted of 1,260 teachers drawn by stratified random sampling, from the elementary and junior high schools. The data collected from two questionnaires were analyzed by two-way analysis of variance.    The major findings of this study were as follows:    1. The interaction effect between school level and leadership style only exististed in the “esprit” dimension.    2. There were substantially significant differences between elementary and junior high schools on disengagement hindrance, esprit and intimacy dimensions.    Based on the above findings of the study, some suggestions for the improvements of the educational practice in elementary and junior high schools were recommended.
