| 英文摘要 |
Capacity building is the goal of educational development, particularly higher education internationalization, and the means and strategy fro developing cross─border education. Capacity building has become a key theme in cross─border education research. Currently, cooperation in educational provision between Chinese and foreign parties is an important means for China to import quality educational resources and enhance higher education in China. It is hence worthy studying capacity building in international cooperation in education.
