学校教育脱离高社会现实生活的问题，越来越引起社会各方面的广泛重视。至于为什么会产生这样的问题，原因是多方面的。作者认为其中一个被忽视的、也是直接的原因，就是教师的社会性不足。本文着重分析了教师社会性不足的现象和原因，并在此基础上，提出了补救方策。

Schooling deviating from the real life is a problem to which people pay more and more attention. Why as fro can have such question, the reasons various. In the author’s opinion, the neglected cause, also is the direct reason, is teacher’s sociality is insufficient. This paper has emphatically analyzed phenomenon and the reason for teacher’s sociality insufficiency, and then advises on remedy.
