The purpose of this article is to analyze the related juridical cases about home schooling in the United States of America and research current educational system of home schooling in the United States of America, in orderto identify the characters of the educational system of home schooling in the United States of America. Finally, the author proposed some suggestions for the education in the Republic of China.
