中文摘要 近年来,对教师专业化的研究,积累了丰富的研究成果。不过,从教师个体角度理解专业化,以及探索如何有效地改进教师专业化策略专业化策略是值得关注的课题。文章认为教师专业化的实质是教师专业自觉,研究教师专业自觉是研究教师专业化策略的前提。
英文摘要 In recent years, we have made great contribution to teacher professionalization. In fact, the relationship between teacher professionalization and teacher’s individual needs is the key subject. We must obey the rule of teacher’s individual needs when we make policy for teacher professionalization. Only when we understand the role of teacher’s individual needs, can we provide teachers’ professional autonomy right. Teacher’s professional consciousness is the basic factor for teachers to realize the professional autonomy.
