| 英文摘要 |
Based on investigations and questionnaires, we find that teachers adopt a paradoxical attitude towards those school reforms dominated by government, and have a low cognizance and satisfaction degree with government’s dominating school reforms. Therefore, when government demands school to have a change, it should consider teachers’ rights and interests, reinforce communications with teachers, and provide sufficient change resources.
