中文摘要 本研究以台灣地區一所公辦民營國民中小學為研究對象,透過訪談、文件分析等方法,探究該校課程領導者所秉持的基本信念、採取的實際作為與產生的具體效果。本研究發現,該校課程領導者具有前瞻指引的功能之基本信念,深遠影響其實際作為和具體效果;其次,課程領導者展現多樣化的領導策略與作為,堪稱當前國內最成功的課程領導典範;再者,課程領導者的具體效果展現於學生學習動機、教師專業、後現代課程與善意無所不在的智慧型學校。基於研究發現,提出以下建議:
一、課程領導信念是課程領導的重要基礎,課程領導者必須經由持續課程慎思來建立。
二、課程領導者應持續充實專業知能,並實際投入課程發展的領導工作。
三、透過課程領導者的努力和組織的變革,有效激發教師的動機和提升其能力。
四、課程願景應著重於具體實踐,避免流於形式化與成為空洞口號。
五、從多層面來測量課程領導的效果,個別學生學習需求的滿足是最高的境界。
英文摘要 The subject of the research was a charter school, an elementary and junior high school in Taiwan. With the use of two primary methods, interview and documentary analysis, the research analyzed the practices of curriculum leadership of the school. The findings of the research are mentioned as the following: 1. the school had promising and guiding beliefs of the curriculum leadership that produced great amount of influences on practices and effects; 2. the curriculum leader utilized diverse leadership strategies and measures, it was the most successful exemplar of curriculum leadership in Taiwan, and 3. the effects of curriculum leadership were proven from the aspects of students’ learning motivation, teachers’ profession, postmodern curriculum, and ubiquitous goodwill of the school. Based on the findings mentioned above, the research offered many implied applications: 1. leaders have to build their curriculum beliefs, the essential foundations of curriculum leadership by using curriculum deliberation consecutively; 2. leaders need to improve their expertise continuously and commit to the leadership for curriculum development; 3. it can stimulate teachers’ motivation and enhance their abilities effectively by means of leaders’ effort and school restructuring; 4. curriculum visions should be implemented practically, instead of being formalized so as to become shallow slogans; 5. the effects of curriculum leadership could be measured from diverse dimensions. In addition, satisfying individual student’s learning needs is the first-rate destination among them.
