| 英文摘要 |
Knowledge sharing on teacher group helps the development of teacher and school organization. But the sharing barriers of technology, trust and management lead to the inefficiency of fulfilling knowledge sharing. Therefore, knowledge sharing on teacher group need to foster sharing culture, construct the technology platform, perfect organization frame and build motivating mechanism in knowledge sharing.
