作为知识经济时代的新生事物，大学科技园及其相关研究已在国内外引起了广泛关注。本文首先总结了大学科技园研究的理论基础，而后从管理学、经济学、教育学等不同学科视角，对目前国内外大学科技园研究的现状进行了综述。在此基础上，本文指出了我国目前大学科技园研究在研究方法和研究成果上存在的缺陷，旨在为未来的相关研究厘清思路。

| 英文摘要 |
As newly introduced phenomenon in the time of knowledge─based economy, university science parks and related academic studies have already raised great attention both at home and abroad. This article demonstrates the theoretical basis of these studies and makes a review of them from different perspectives such as management, economics and education. It identified the defects of current studies on university science parks in China.
