当前择业观教育存在价值观教育和择业技术教育的关系问题。择业观教育中，价值观教育是新时期大学生择业观教育的核心内容，其中包括人生观教育、荣辱观教育、人才观教育、自我实现观教育等内容。择业技术教育只有建立在正确的价值观教育基础上，才能促使大学生真正形成正确的择业思想，并指导实践。本文对人生观、荣辱观、人才观、自我实现观教育的主要内容进行了价值观的反思。

| 英文摘要 |
The relationship between value and technique of employment is important to employment education for the students in higher education. Value of employment is core to employment education. It lays a solid foundation for the training of technique of employment, and four cultivating a right attitude to employment, and for guiding the practice of seeking employment. Value of employment should involve philosophies about life, honour, disgrace, talent and self─realization. The article also discusses in details the meaning and importance of teaching these values.
