中文摘要 所谓入职教育,就是新教师从受聘上岗到转正前这一段时期所接受的指导和训练。其目的在于帮助新教师克服教学不熟悉和教学管理中的困难和问题,提高教学的有效性,更好地适应教育教学工作,承担起新的责任,同时减少他们的孤立感和挫折感。本文介绍了国外的入职教育情况及经验,并对我国的入职教育提出的一些建议。
英文摘要 The so─called entry education, is the guidance and training to new teachers from the period of recruitment to regular teachers. Its purpose is to help beginning teachers become more proficient in teaching and overcome the difficulties in teaching and management issues, to improve teaching effectiveness, to adapt to education better, to undertake new responsibilities while reducing their sense of isolation and frustration. This article introduces the entry education in foreign countries, and puts forward some suggestions on Chinese new teacher education.
