The importance of teacher’s practical knowledge is prominent in teaching and teacher professional development. This article explores and reflects the significance and mechanism of obtaining practical knowledge, and attaches more attention to approaches to obtain practical knowledge which contains individual educational practice, sharing of practical knowledge with peer teachers, modern information network.
