中文摘要 在高等教育国际化的今天,各国政府、团体或着学校都寻求一个广泛认可的高等教育质量保证和认证模式。本文对Dirk Van Damme提出的四种模式作了介绍和评价,即1从现有的国家质量保证和认证系统和机构中分离出来并加强它;2促进跨境质量保证和质量保证即认证的双边认可;3在国际和全球层面制定质量保证和认证机构的后认证;4建立国际质量保证和认证机制。我们需要根据现实情况来参与高等教育国际质量保证和认证,保护高等教育各利益相关人的权益,完善自己的认证系统。
英文摘要 With the internationalization of higher education, each governments and societies and institutions are seeking a widely recognized. This paper introduces Dirk Van Damme’s four models. These models are: 1.departing from the existing national quality assurance and accreditation systems and agencies and trying to strengthen them; 2.Promoting cross-border quality assurance and the mutual recognition of quality assurance and accreditation; 3.Developing meta-accreditation of quality assurance and accreditation agencies on an international and global level; 4.Establishing international quality assurance and accreditation schemes. Each countries as well as China should participate in the international quality assurance and accreditations in higher education based on the realities in order to protect the stakeholders and develop its own accreditation system.
