中文摘要 本文根据对我国27所高校2781名硕士学习经验的调查分析,提出了改革我国研究生教育,提高研究生教育质量的五项建议:贯彻落实科学发展观,加强研究生教育过程的宏观管理和质量监控,促使研究生教育由数量发展向质量提高转变;高等教育重点建设计划要以人为本,既要关注“硬件”建设,更要关注“软件”建设;鼓励博士生导师指导硕士研究所;鼓励研究生结合导师的研究课题发展学位论文工作;注意缩小研究生教育的区域差异,积极推动西部地区研究生教育发展。
英文摘要 Based on the survey of learning experience of 2781 Chinese postgraduates’ in 27 universities, five suggestions are put forward to reform the Chinese postgraduate education system and improve quality of postgraduate education. Firstly, scientific development view should be established and implemented, and both macro-management and quality supervision in the process of postgraduate education should be strengthened so as to spur the postgraduate education to transform quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement. Secondly, key construction plan of higher education, focusing on “hardware” as well as “software” construction, should be human-oriented. Thirdly, doctoral supervisors to instruct postgraduates should be encouraged. Fourthly, postgraduates should be encouraged to write dissertation in the light of their supervisors’ research subjects. Fifthly, to eliminate the regional differences in postgraduate education should be paid attention and the development of postgraduate education in the west region of China should be promoted.
