中文摘要 本研究通过部分可量化指标,对71所国内重点大学的办学水平进行了分系统的定量分析。结果显示,各大学积极对高等教育大众化和多元化的变化趋势,在自主办学的基础上办学条件和办学水平均有较大的提高,同时,也存在一些问题值得我们重视和关注。对此,本文提出了以下建议;加快大学质量保障体系的建设;重视对高校人力资源的投入;进一步加强研究生培养工作;适当减轻大学教师的工作压力。
英文摘要 In this article, we firstly have a quantitative and systematic analysis on the school running condition of 71 key universities in China through some measurable indicators, then we think that the universities should adapt actively to the trend of the massification and diversity of higher education in order to improve the school running condition and school running levels on the base of university autonomy. We also have some suggestions: such as speeding up the construction of the university quality assurance system, paying attention to the investment of human resource, strengthening the education and management of graduate students, and alleviating the work burden of university teachers appropriately, etc.
