中文摘要 为借鉴国际先进经验,推动我国八年制医学教育课程改革,本文以收集的大量有关资料为依据,首先详细介绍了美国哈佛医学院、约翰.霍普金斯大学医学院的课程计划,然后后以国内较早开展八年制医学教育的北京协和医学院课程体系为例同上述两所医学院课程计划进行了比较。在此基础上指出我国八年制医学教育在今后的课程改革中应更加充分地考虑学生毕业后的实际工作需要并针对这种需要遵循学习、认知规律来设计相应教学内容和教学方法。
英文摘要 With a purpose to promote of our education reforms of 8-year medical program through learning from advanced international experiences, this paper firstly introduces the curricula of Harvard Medical School and Johns Hopkins School of Medicine with large amounts of relevant material, and secondly it cites the curricula of the Peking Union Medical College as an example, which had taken a comparatively early lead in setting up an 8-year medical program in China, to make comparison with those of the two American colleges mentioned above. Then finally it points out that in our curriculum reforms for the 8-year medical program hereafter, much more consideration should be given to the students. While we design the courses and teaching method, we must pay attention to students’ potential needs of post-graduation and keep in accordance with the cognitive learning theory.
