In the course of current urbanization in China, the informal education institution in city has brought about negative impact on the educational development of mobile children, Firstly, it violates the education interests of mobile children; secondly, there is a “secondary assessment standard” of “identity” in school education, which disturbs the mobile children’s development. Therefore, people should pay high attention to the impact of city informal education institution in educational development.
