| 英文摘要 |
To exert teachers’ innovation capability has become a key issue in a university development. Two preconditions are necessary for it, opening a university to outside sources of innovation, and building an effective flamework to encourage innovation. Additonally, teacher’s research and teaching must be useful and interesting, that is the impulse for them to exert their innovation capability. It is also the attractiveness of high-level research and teaching which we are relentlessly pursuing.
