中文摘要 伴随《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要( 2010~2020 年) 》的颁布,推进学校与社区的良性互动再度成为关注的焦点。学校与社区的关系常被概括为抵消型、补偿型、沟通型,二者密切的联系不可忽视,构建良性互动的学校和社区关系成为必要。教育为生活、开放、完整和发展的教育等理念是其构建的原动力,只有形成合力才能促进教育的发展。已有的多学科理论和实践也论证了互动的可行。吸纳社区成员参与学校发展规划,有效管理学校和社区的互动,建立网状机制,改善学校的管理和决策等举措又能促进学校和社区的良性互动。
英文摘要 With National Education Reform and Development of Long-term Planning Programs issued,researchers are focusing on the positive interaction of schools and community again. Relationship between School and community is often generalized to Set-off Style,Compensation Style or Communication Style. The close contact cannot be ignored. Constructing the benign interaction relations between schools and community became necessary. The idea of educating in situation,open,full and with developing view will promote the positive interaction. Only by forming the resultant force can we succeed in developing school education. The theory and practice have already proved the feasibility. Measures can be adopted to promote the interaction,such as admitting community members to draft the SDP,managing the interaction effectively,building mechanisms to improve the management and decision.
