“新公民”评价是西店中学对学生评价的创新与探索，它包括“三好四无”评价、以“课堂学习单”为方式的增值评价、以值周为方式的学生行为评价和社会实践评价。“新公民”评价实践取得了一定的成效，但也需要进一步精细化评价内容与标准，扩展评价者参与评价的深广度，以及评价手段实现信息化。

The evaluation of “new citizens” is innovation and exploration of student evaluation in Xidian middle school. It concludes four parts:“three goods and four nothings”evaluation, the " classroom worksheets" for value - added evaluation, student behavior evaluation by the way of be duty and evaluation of social practice. Certain results have been achieved, and it needs further refinement of content and criteria of evaluation, the breadth and depth of evaluation which evaluators involved, as well as informatization of evaluation measures.
