中文摘要 小学教师所传授的知识虽然简单,但学科知识或学科专业知识依然是教师必备知识之一。笔者以浦东新区23 所农民工子女学校为样本,调查了民办农民工子女学校教师的学科专业知识现状。调查从语文、数学、英语三个学科教师的专业发展背景和专业知识现状进行深入分析,发现该教师群体的整体学历水平偏低,学科专业知识掌握情况令人担忧,其专业发展水平很难适应当前二期课改新的理念与要求。为了改变当前民办农民工子女学校教师学科专业知识缺乏的现状,我们应当制定优惠政策以吸引优秀人才进入农民工子女教育行列,加强对该类教师的在职专业培训,打通公办与民办的制度沟壑,为民办农民工学校教师的专业成长搭建平台。
英文摘要 The specialized knowledge or called the specialized course knowledge is key knowledge to teachers of school even though the knowledge taught to pupils is not difficult to the teachers. I've surveyed the condition of specialized course knowledge of the teachers of the 23 Non - governmental Primary Schools for Migrant Workers' Children. I deeply analyze the conditions of the professional development and the specialized knowledge of the teachers of three main course - Chinese, mathematics, English - and then find out that they are of low education degree and out of essential specialized knowledge. They are unable to suit the idea and the requirement of 2nd Curriculum Reform. As to change the awkward situation, I suggest that some new policy should be build to attract superior teachers to join the group. I think enhancing the training on these group of teacher is a must. We should create more opportunity to help them improve their professional development.
