中文摘要 础教育国际化问题上,我们首先必须清醒地意识到,无论愿意与否,它已借各种形式悄然发生,蓬勃发展,亟需我们透过现象看本质,解读基础教育国际化的实质。本文以上海为例,旨在正视本土学校在国际化实践中的缺失,理性筹划和部署下一步的推进策略,以培养基础教育阶段的国际化人才为目标,加大上海对外开放的力度,完善本土国际学校配套设施,致力于培养国际化师资,斟酌国际化课程并尝试建构基础教育国际化的衡量指标。
英文摘要 International issues in basic education, whether willing or not, we must recognize that it has quietly flourished and developed through various forms. We need to interpret at the essence and nature of internationalization of basic education through the phenomena. The paper takes shanghai for example, in order to address in the absence of international practice of local schools, rationally plan the next step and forward deployment strategy as: cultivating international talents as the goal, increasing the intensity of Shanghai's opening up, improving the local international school facilities, committed to developing an international faculty, thinking over of international courses and trying to construct a measurement of internationalization of basic education.
