中文摘要 臺灣已達聯合國世界衛生組織(WHO)所定義的「高齡化社會」標準,任何人皆無可避免地必須面對「高齡化社會」所帶來的衝擊及問題。高齡教育是幫助每位國民學習面對衝擊和解決這些問題的根本方法之一;而高齡者教學便更顯得重要。由於高齡人口的背景差異性極大,如何掌握高齡者的學習需求,設計有效的學習方案,以達成高齡教育的目的和功能,便成為高齡教育工作者的極大挑戰。本文旨在設計一個創新且有效的高齡學習方案―「K-SHAPE銀髮族學習方案」,它以「臺東大學」為高齡教學的活動基地。方案實施5個月,總計舉辦五個梯次活動,參與的高齡者共有140人。整個過程中採「行動研究」方式進行課程與教學內容的調整及修正外,並對參與者進行問卷調查及訪談工作。本文主要目的有四點:一、方案設計的理念及目標;二、介紹K-SHAPE教學活動過程;三、分析參與者參加K-SHAPE方案後的學習感受與反應;四、教學者的反省,以提供對高齡教學有興趣的實務工作者參考。
英文摘要 "Taiwanese society has met the WHO’s definition of an aging society. Everyone in the society has to face the impacts brought by this trend. Senior aging education is one of the fundamental approaches to help all citizens to learn how to deal with such impacts. It is particularly important because it targets the elderly. Because the senior population comes from various backgrounds, it is a great challenge for senior aging educators to meet the educational needs of the elderly and design effective educational projects to accomplish successful senior aging education.The goal of this paper was to design an innovative and effective senior aging education project-“K-SHAPE elderly educational project”, which was based at the location of Taitung University and lasted for five months, and 140 seniors participated the courses. The project adopted an action research approach to implement courses, modify contents, and collect data through questionnaires and interviews. This paper has four purposes for other senior aging educators’ references: (1) the philosophy and goal of the project; (2)the implementation process of the project; (3) the perception and response of participants; 4. the reflection of the educators."
