中文摘要 专家教师引领新手教师是促进教师专业发展的一条有效途径,因此寻求两类教师之间的不同之处对于新手教师的成长具有一定的指导作用。本文同时采用自制的编码体系和TIMMS课堂谈话编码分类分析四名教师的课堂录像,并寻求两类教师在教学行为、学生的课堂参与度、师生互动的频率和品质以及教师上课的关注点等方面的相似点和差异,从而为新手教师课堂教学改善提供支持与建议。
英文摘要 Expert teachers lead the novice teachers is an effective way to promote the professional development of teachers,there fore seeking the difference between the two types of teachers plays a guiding role for the growth of novice teachers. This article simulta neously uses the homemade coding system and the TIMMS classroom conversations coding classification to analyze four teachers'class room video,and seek the similarities and differences between the two types in teaching behavior,the involvement of students in the classroom,the frequency and quality of teacher-student interaction and the teachers'concerns in classroom,to provide support and advices for novice teachers in classroom teaching improvement.
