Classroom Discussion is a very important teaching method for American elementary and secondary school teachers. Realization of the definite purpose and importance of classroom discussion, understanding the types and strengths and limitations of classroom discussion, mastering necessary discussion techniques, and avoiding some discussion problems are basic conditions of fostering effective classroom discussion.
