Practical teaching is an important aspect for school to achieve training objectives. However, because of various reasons the practical teaching aspect is often weakened. Because human resource management specialty is young and training program is still fumbling. The problem of practical teaching is more severe. This articlewill aim at these issues and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
