篇名 風災高危險區學校之行政管理決策力探討

中文摘要 本研究旨在探討風災高危險區學校之行政管理決策力,採用內容分析、實地觀察、個別訪談及文件蒐集等四種方法取得研究資料,並針對高雄市原鄉山區之偏遠學校剖析其決策過程、決策專業、決策知能與決策效果,以了解風災高危險區學校在面對災害緊急應變及預防上的行政管理決策力情形。研究結果發現,風災高危險區學校因人力資源短缺、基礎設施不足、城鄉資源落差、學習機會限縮、慣性封閉思維、內外資源制約等多重問題,造成行政管理決策力不如預期。本研究根據研究結果提出建議,以作為政府機關、學校行政主管與教師提升風災高危險區學校之行政管理決策力之參考。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study was to investigate the decision-making capability of administrative management to the schools at the typhoon high risk zone. The study utilized multiple methodologies to collect and analyze data, and focused on the aboriginal remote schools of Kaohsiung City to examine their decision-making process, professional, knowledge, and effect. The findings showed that the decision-making capability of administrative management to the schools at the typhoon high risk zone seemed to be insufficient because of deficient human resources, lacking infrastructure, area resource gap, limited learning opportunities, inertial closed thinking, and internal-external resource constraints. Finally, based on the results of the research, suggestions were made to the governmental authority, school colleagues and administrators for enhancing the decision-making capability of administrative management.
