中文摘要 本研究係研究者以一位師資培育大學教育學院院長的角色,從如何扮演好課程領導者的角色切入,思考如何融合師資培育大學的歷史發展脈絡背景、教育部的政策走向、結合學校的校務發展計畫,對所屬院系所的課程提出規劃的哲思基礎,以及實務性的操作技術。本研究是課程領導者的自我敘說,不僅強調學校組織領導的哲學觀與理論基礎,也強調學校領導者如何將哲學觀與理念的概念架構轉化為實務操作性技術,是學校組織策略領導與策略規劃的融合,也兼具教學領導、課程領導的理念與實踐層面,同時也將教育部的師資培育政策與師資培育大學的轉型發展予以結合。
英文摘要 This paper aims for fostering infuse historically contextual background, policy orientation of the Ministry of Education, administrative affairs of a school in the perspective of how to be a good curriculum leader from the Dean's position of a College of Education which bring up a philosophical foundation and practical operating mechanism. This study is not merely concentrate on the school organization leading philosophy and theoretical premise but also stress on how school leaders, transform the philosophy and ideology conceptual structure into the operating skills which integrating principles and performances in instructional leadership, curriculum leadership to combine with teacher training program policy and teacher training cultivation universities restructuring development from a curriculum leader's narration.
