中文摘要 随着新课程国家级骨干教师培训和国培计划中小学骨干教师培训等项目的实施,当下的教师培训,并没有取得一线教师的广泛认同,从课程设置到内容确定,从形式选择到活动组织,从时间安排到组织评价等各方面都存在着程度不同的适切性问题。如果不能解决这个问题,就不可能取得培训的最佳效益。为此,我们进行广泛的访谈和调查,以求客观准确地把握中小学教师职后培训的适切性状况,分析状况成因,进而提出改进教师职后培训适切性的建议措施。
英文摘要 Along with the new curriculum national backbone teacher training and National Teacher Training Program implementation, teacher training has entered a golden age. In the national training demonstration, all regions also put into resource, actively carry out teacher training, and have achieved remarkable results. The teacher training does not been recognized by teachers widely, from the curriculum design to determine content, from the form choose to activity organisation, from time to evaluation, all aspects exist different degrees of appropriateness problem. If we can't solve this problem, it is impossible to get the best benefit from the training. Therefore, we make an extensive interview and investigation, to objective accurately grasp the appropriateness of teachers' training of primary and secondary school, analyzes the cause, and then try to put forward suggestion and measures to improving appropriateness of teacher training.
