自主发展是新课程理念下的语文教学目标，促进学生自主发展的语文教学是实现这一目标的手段。如何促进学生的自主发展，既是现代语文教学所强调的，也是传统教学曾关注的。本文从促进学生自主发展的教学内容、教学手段及教学组织形式三方面，就语文的教与学，谈新课程理念下对传统语文教学的开发和创新。

| 英文摘要 |
Autonomous development is the instructional objective of Chinese teaching based on the New Curriculum idea, and the teaching of Chinese, which promotes students’ Autonomous development, is the means to achieve this goal. How to promote students’ Autonomous development is particularly stressed in both modern Chinese teaching and traditional Chinese teaching. This thesis focuses on the development and innovation on the basis of traditional Chinese teaching in the New Curriculum background, from the three aspects of teaching content, teaching means and teaching organization forms, all of which should be able to promote students’ Autonomous development in Chinese teaching and learning.
