中文摘要 本文以问卷调查的方式,从教师专业认同感、教师专业发展需求、教师专业发展具 体措施赞同度三个方面对L初级中学的教师进行了教师专业发展意愿方面的调查,分析得出 “教师专业发展意愿总体较好,但专业发展环境不容乐观”的结论。对此,学校需要在管理制度 上下功夫,改善学校组织条件,完善学校制度;要引导教师制定专业的发展规划,还原教研组的 专业组织功能,建立完善的沟通机制等。
英文摘要 Based on the survey of teachers at L junior middle school, this paper explores the teachers,vision of the development of teachers’ profession from the sense of professional identity, the requirement of profession and approving of specific measures. Date shows that although the teachers’ vision is perfect, the environment to develop teachers’ profession is terrible. If the school wants to develop well and help teachers to grope, it needs to make great efforts on its management system. It can improve the organization condition and perfect the system of school, guild the teachers to formulate plans for profession, restore the function of the teaching and research group and set up the mechanism for communication.
