中文摘要 領導對於學生學習的影響,乃是近年來領導研究的核心關懷之一,學校能否提升學生的學習表現,以及如何透過學校領導以促進學生的學習,便促成學習領導(leadershipfor learning)議題的興起。然而,隨著教育分權化思潮的興起與教育改革的推動,學校領導的角色已不再侷限於校長,且以學生的學習來說,教師可能是影響更為直接的角色,是而教師的學習領導有其重要的探究價值。基於此,本文擬透過對教師領導與學習領導的文獻回顧,探討教師學習領導的意涵,並初步分析教師的學習領導踐行,以及教師學習領導增能課程的發展方向,作為後續建立本土化之教師學習領導的最佳實務,以及規劃相關增能課程之基礎。
英文摘要 How leadership can influence student learning has become a core issue in leadership studies. Many studies tried to analyze the relationship between principal leadership and student learning outcomes. However, with the decentralization of school reform, leadership duty is no longer limited to the role of principals. Teachers can also be important leaders, especially when it comes to student learning. Thus, the practices of teacher leadership for learning and the courses preparing teacher leaders are of great importance. This paper is a part of the study concerning teacher leadership for learning. Through a literature review, the concept and the practices of teacher leadership for learning were analyzed. The preparatory courses to enhance teachers' leadership were also discussed.
