外语类高等院校办学国际化的模式，对外语教学提出了更高的要求。本文从理论和现实两个角度探讨学生的文化调适能力培养的必要性，并就文化调适与文化冲击的关系、文化调适能力培养的内容和方法进行较详细的阐述，以期增强学生的文化对比意识，具备跨文化交际的能力。

| 英文摘要 |
The internationalization in higher education of foreign studies seems more demanding nowadays for foreign languages teaching and learning. Theoretically and practically, this paper discusses the necessity of cultivating students' cultural adjustability, the relations between cultural adaptation and cultural shock, and the content and methodology of intercultural training as well, thus arousing students' interests in cultural comparability and the acquisition of intercultural communication competence.
