With severe employment situation and brutal competition increased employment psychological pressure of Vocational College student. The paper is designed to study the major employment psychological problems in the process of the graduate employment by the questionnaire survey. Thus finding feasible solutions in the perspective of individuals, communities and school authorities involved and achieved full employment.
