中文摘要 本研究旨在探討大學生的多元智能、學習策略及其知識管理能力表現,以及三者之間的影響情形。採問卷調查法,以大學生共730 人為對象,經描述統計、單因子多變量變異數與區別分析,結果發現:(一)不同性別在「邏輯數學」、「語文」、「音樂」、「人際」智能與「動機策略」上,得分有顯著差異;(二)高年級大學生在「邏輯數學」智能、「認知」策略運用與知識管理能力上皆高於低年級;(三)人文藝術領域在「語文」、「空間」、「內省」智能及「知識分享」得分顯著高於商管及理工領域者;理工領域者的「邏輯數學」智能則顯著高於其他領域;(四)「動機」、「認知」策略與「邏輯數學」智能是有效區辨不同知識管理能力組的核心指標;(五)「內省」、「邏輯數學」與「語文」智能是有效區辨不同學習策略組與知識管理能力組的核心指標。
英文摘要 The purpose of this study is to explore the relationships between multiple intelligences, learning strategies and knowledge management capability. The survey subjects were 730 college students. The instruments used in this study included: the multiple intelligences scale, the learning strategies scale and the knowledge management capability scale. The collected data was analysis by descriptive statistics, MANOVA, and discriminant analysis. The findings of this study were summarized as follow: (1) The results of this study indicated obvious differences lied in the multiple intelligences, learning strategies between male and female. (2) The results of this study indicated obvious differences lied in the multiple intelligences, learning strategies and knowledge management capability between four majors and different grades. (3) After the process of discriminant analysis between multiple intelligences, learning strategies and the knowledge management ability, the most powerful predictors were motivational strategy, cognitive strategy and logic mathematical intelligence. (4) After the process of discriminant analysis between multiple intelligences and learning strategies, the most powerful predictors were intrapersonal intelligence, logic-mathematical intelligence and linguistic intelligence.
