中文摘要 本研究之主要目的為,探討高瞻課程與原住民地方本位文化活動 對幼兒數學及語文能力的影響。以量化之多因子準實驗研究法進行, 準實驗研究為期一年。於實驗前、後,以「幼兒數學能力測驗第 二版」及「修訂畢保德圖畫詞彙測驗」進行檢驗。實驗期間,依據高 瞻課程及地方本位文化活動進行作為實驗之操作。研究結果發現:1. 高瞻課程對於幼兒數學能力之增進有其一定的成效。2. 雖然幼兒花費 部份的時間於原住民族語言和文化的學習;但對於原住民幼兒家長所 重視的語言和數學能力的表現上,並沒有因此而削弱。
英文摘要 This study explores the influence of the High/Scope curriculum and place-based cultural activities to the learning abilities of language and mathematics among the young children in indigenous area. A multifactor quasi-experimental quantitative study method is adopted in this one-year study. The TEMA-2 and PPVT-R are used as pre-and-post tests. An experimental adoption of the High/Scope curriculum and the placebased cultural activities is conducted. The results of study are as follows: 1. The High/Scope curriculum increases the mathematics ability of young children. 2. The learning of indigenous language and culture does not decrease their language and mathematics abilities.
